Future Projects / Recovery Gym
Recovery Gym
A safe space where vulnerable adults rebuild their lives through healthy routines, positive social interaction and personal achievement — not simply a room full of equipment.
Project summary
The Recovery Gym will provide residents with free access to structured fitness sessions designed to improve physical health, mental wellbeing and long-term recovery. Exercise has proven benefits for reducing anxiety, depression and substance cravings, while helping residents develop confidence, routine and resilience.
This project is not simply about buying gym equipment. It is about creating a safe space where vulnerable adults can rebuild their lives through healthy routines, positive social interaction and personal achievement.
